We stand behind the hosting services we offer at BestHostingService and your satisfaction is important to us. However, because our services are digitally delivered and intangible, we have a 30-day refund policy.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms:
- Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of your service activation date.
- Condition for Refund: Refunds are only available for new clients and do not apply to renewals or additional services purchased by existing clients.
- Non-refundable Srvices: Certain services may be non-refundable. These include domain registrations, SSL certificates, and any other services that are explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our support channel or via email. Please provide your order number and a clear reason for the request to help us understand how we can improve.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged. Please note that any transaction fees may not be recoverable.
- Service Cancellation: Upon processing a refund, the corresponding hosting services will be terminated.
- Abuse of Refund Policy: BestHostingService reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses our refund policy.
